Do prevent people from getting various diseases

Do you wonder why do kids get vaccinations? For several years, there has been a dispute about whether or not vaccination should be mandatory for children. In the United States, the law states that vaccinations are required before entering school unless they have a logical reason that defends against receiving the vaccinations. Vaccinations are one of the many ways doctors help prevent people from getting various diseases or viruses. Childhood vaccination should be mandatory because of other children safety, health issues, and it saves your family time and money.
Theses past couple of days I have been back and forth to the Children’s Hospital due to my younger sister contracting a virus. Did I forget to mention that she had a heart attack at one month. Two months later she had the heart transplant surgery at only three months. After her surgery she was sent home at six months. I said all that to say this, she is currently back in the hospital today with a weak immune system, fever over 105 and a virus she contracted from another baby whose mom does not believe in getting vaccinations. Statistic shows that since 2010, there have been between 10,000 and 50,000 cases of whooping cough each year in the United States, and about 10 to 20 babies many of which were to young to be fully vaccinated died each year. The fact is vaccines save lives and protect against the spread of disease. Most of this I did not have to read about these are facts that can be proven. If you decide not to immunize, you’re not only putting your child at risk to catch a disease that is dangerous or deadly, but also putting your child at risk. Getting vaccinated is much better than getting the disease.
Today vaccinations protect children and teens from 16 diseases that can have a terrible effect on young victims if they are left unvaccinated. If you have a long- term health condition like diabetes, heart disease, or lung disease it is very essential to get the right vaccines. Vaccines will keep you healthy. Infant are at a greater risk for serious infections and complications in many cases. The dangerous diseases that vaccines prevent can be deadly especially in infants and young children. Vaccination is one of the best ways parents can protect their children from diseases before the age of two.
Immunizations can save your family time and money. A child with a vaccine-preventable disease can be denied attendance at schools or child care facilities. Some vaccine-preventable diseases can result in prolonged disabilities and can take a financial toll because of lost time at work, medical bills or long-term disability care. In contrast, getting vaccinated against these diseases is a good investment and usually covered by insurance. The Vaccines for Children program is a federally funded program that provides vaccines at no cost to children from low-income families. As I mentioned before my little sister was in the hospital because of being contracted a virus. Her stay at the hospital has caused me to miss work and having to catch up on my missed assignments.
In conclusions, vaccination today is used all around the world. When it comes to health there is no place for speculations.
