INTRODUCTION
This essay tells the reader the benefit of learning face to face unlike online learning. Both face to face and online learning have their own counterpart. People are muddled when they must choose their method of learning, but face to face is the best form of teaching since efficacy of online learning is still uncertain. According to California state university there are majority of things that can only be learned face to face because only face to face education can make practical sense.
Even though online classes are said to be as moral as face to face learning, there is evidence that illustrate that many people choose to study face to face because there is an access to live interaction, it creates a self-disciplined structure, it offers a better and more memorable learning experience.

Face to face learning is better than online learning because there is access to live interactions with the tutor or instructor. Which means that a person needs to be contemporary in the tutorial room to learn at a specific period and day. Schooling face to face improve the learner the most. For instance, all through face to face education, a learner may ask question from the lecturer and get an instant response while online education means you must wait for a response. In a classroom environment, there may be a chance of working in a small group where you can work on hard subjects and receive instant response from the peer group as well, but in an online education it is a disadvantage. Well-organized and positive response is vital to suitable learning enviroment, such as what an individual would obtain in an actual classroom. Opponent state that the online learning is usually more supple. This means that person does not have to be contemporary in a lecture to learn something at an exact time and can-do domestic chores, and look after the children, many people see this as an advantage. Online interactions can happen through video chat or online discussion posts. Some courses may also offer prerecorded videotapes of the same lectures giving to face to face classes. According to Karen Swan 2003” it states that students learn as much if not more from online courses as they do in face to face learning. Nevertheless, the research is inconclusive. Even though some research shows no changed from both side of schooling, other research shows completely opposite results. According to Lim, Doo Hun, Michael L. Morris 2007. It states that studying online creates a carefree lazy, distractive environment. Which will not probably prepare a person for a job, vocation, or profession. Schooling face to face permits students to clear up all the errors that learner has about a subject at the run time. Sometimes, conversing matters or problems with the lecturer in person is easier than typing it out or trying to explicate it in face time online.

Attending classes create a disciplined structured student, which means that students become more structured when attending scheduled lessons for instance, learners get more prepared with their educations. This trains the pupils for real world” situation such as being on time for job interview or business meetings. Whereas online learning needs self-motivation. Opponents maintain that everyone has different learning styles’ that must be catered to. Though much of this has now been invalidated but still need to be considering that all learners will have distinct characteristics and physiology that can support or hamper their approach to learning. For instance, a neuroscience research report demonstrated that blood sugar levels present in the body may impact a worker’s decision-making process. Learner with less energy may be at a disadvantage in a workplace group training, particularly at times of the day which are discordant with their sugar digestion. Instead, offering the prospect for distant learning at a time of their choosing allows all students to best match the method and context of learning to their own unique pattern, providing them with the best chance of understanding. In online learning there are no restriction to accessibility and they get to learn more since there are no teacher watching you, you need to watch yourself. Learner can access their course at their own stride, in the location in which they feel the most comfortable to learn and not be judge. Learner can still get diploma or certificate as people who take face to face lessons. However, such an argument overlooks the fact that online learning increases the amount of learning disruption because most people access their online tutorial from home, office, and shops. Smith, Nigel V 2013. While face to face learning students maybe require speaking their mind, give presentation or speeches. Such experience is treasured in determining student’s communication and listening skills, as well as growing and maturing emotionally.

Face to face learning provides a better and more memorable learning experience while online learning has no memorable events. Schooling face to face create a chance for learners to meet with their personal tutor, other teaching staff, and take part in the university event, for example taking part in the student union, organizing a school trips and other events. Online teaching reduced the opportunities for social and theoretical interaction and incorporation. In face to face learning students have colleagues and friends and tutors which assist and support them with their learning. Final argument opponent state that online tutorial is as good as face to face education because the program is more convenient, cheaper and easier to attend. Davies and Graff 2005 state that some students believe it is better to have online classes because it is easier to sustain a family, a job and as well finishing an occupation at the same time. Online classes are more effective since they are more challenging. However, the fact is that not everyone is prepared with fast connection, Wi-Fi, and data plans. Many people live in rural area where there is no internet available. Data plans and internets can be expensive, so people on strict budget tend to stray away from costly internet and phone data plans. Sometimes internet can be interrupted by bad weather condition which can cause some problem for example, faulty electricity, assignment lost and computer damaged. In class physical presence of a teacher keeps learners inspired through the collaborative and fascinating events. This permits learners to recall further from what they have learned throughout a session. Robinson and Hullinger 2008. leaners learning face to face can obtain new knowledge and used them for future.
CONCLUSION
Although, even with the increase used of technology in online learning, research shows that there is a strong evidence that face to face learning can be treasured in three areas, such as live interaction, it provides memorable learning experience, and it creates disciplined structured. On the contrary it should be evident that both ways of studying are valid in education system. Nevertheless, face to face learning proves to be better alternative when it comes to being a student. The classroom offers much more, such as hand on training, visual and hearing improved learning and other physical means, of attaining information while online learning offers opportunity for visual learning. However, it should be both online and face to face are suitable ways of learning, but the way in which people decide to complete their studies is more dependant on their personal views and personalities, some people prefer the good ways of having their textbooks and taking notes where others may prefer to have all their notes and study materials accessible online and there are those who prefer to have the best of both. On the other hand, some teachers or trainers prefer to use a blended approach combining both methods to maximize results. Therefore, whatever way a person chose to learn is up to them.
